Our commitment

Pro-Motion Technology Group is committed to making promotion.tech (the "Site") usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, speech recognition, or other assistive technology.

The standard we work toward

We design our Site and work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are the reference standard used by U.S. regulators for web accessibility.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project. We are dedicated to evolving our practices to better serve all users and make accessibility a core pillar of our Site. We consider accessibility as we design and develop the Site, and we re-test when we make significant changes.

Third-party content

Some content on the Site is provided by third parties, including embedded video players, maps, and social media widgets. That content is controlled by its providers and may not meet the same standard. We select accessible providers where we have the option.

Accessibility aids: plug-ins and file viewers

Links to applets, plug-ins, or other applications required to access content provided on our Site are available and linked below. All of these links are to third party resources. We do not endorse any of these products; they are provided for your convenience. Address questions about a particular plug-in or file viewer to the respective vendor.

Adobe Acrobat

Use Adobe Acrobat to read Portable Document Format (PDF) files.

Microsoft Word

Microsoft offers Doc Viewer and other converter programs to enable those who do not have Word to open and view Word files.

Microsoft Excel

Microsoft offers XLS Viewer Free to enable those who do not have Excel to view Excel files.

Microsoft PowerPoint

Microsoft offers PPTX Viewer to enable those who do not have PowerPoint to view PowerPoint files.

WinZip

Zip files are single files, sometimes called "archives," that contain one or more compressed files. Files with this extension (.zip) require WinZip to open and extract them.

Please tell us the address of the page, what you were trying to do, the accessibility problem you encountered, the assistive technology and browser you were using, the preferred format in which you want to receive any materials, and your contact information. We aim to respond within three business days. If we cannot resolve the issue quickly, we will provide the same information or service another way — by phone, by email, or in an alternative format that addresses your issues.

Use of the telecommunications relay service

Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) allow persons who are deaf, hard of hearing, deafblind, or have speech disabilities to communicate by telephone in a manner that is functionally equivalent to telephone services used by persons without such disabilities.
